Chadwick Boseman
He is an American actor who made early success as stage actor, writer and director, known for his potrayals in Jackie Robinson in '42' and James Brown in Get on Up. He played the iconic role of Black Panther in a series of Marvel movies.
Chadwick Aaron Boseman was born on 1976 in south carolina and graduated with a bachelor of Fine Art in Howard University in DC. He later attended the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England.
He has performed a number of stage production such as Romeo & Juliet, Breathe, Bootleg Blues, Zooman and so on. He directed some stage productions like a short film; Blood over a Broken Pawn.
He won the lead role in Jack Robinson in '42', which tells a story of a black baseball player that broke racial barriers.
He portrayed James Brown a music legend in Get on Up, which follows Brown's personal struggles and successes.
Boseman played Thoth (God of Wisdom)
He played the iconic role of T'Challa, the king of an African country of Wakanda.
Boseman also appeared in other superhero movies as Black Panther such as Captain America: Civil War and Avengers movies
His other movies include Draft Day, 21 Bridges, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, Da 5 Blood.
He passed away on August 28, 2020 from colon cancer. He was diagnosed with a stage III colon cancer in 2016.
